Mary Richards is the Innkeeper at All Seasons Inn. She moved to Fairbanks from Atlanta in 1977 for an adventure with the intensions of staying only two years. This year, two turns into thirty years and the adventure continues. When asked to describe herself or the Inn she likes what Frommer’s Alaska says best, "This charming and comfortable country inn on a pleasant residential street a couple of blocks from the downtown core is the creation of Mary Richards, a longtime transplant from the southern United States who retains, along with a slight accent, the gentle hospitality and refined style she brought with her.” Mary currently serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer of the Fairbanks Convention and Visitor's Bureau and is President of the Bed and Breakfast Association of Alaska.

Mary writes a monthly column about her Bed and Breakfast for the local newspaper, The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner. Mary’s stories and breakfast recipes appear in the Food Section of the newspaper.
