All Seasons accepts both government and military per diem rates when payment is by government issued credit card. Special or Discounted room rates must be make directly with the inn by the guest and may not be available all dates. Special conditions may apply. Please contact us for details.
Rates are per night, based on single / double occupancy, and subject
to an 8% city bed tax. There is an extra person charge of $25.00
if more than two people stay in a room. A deposit equal to the
first night's stay is required by credit card to confirm a reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be refunded if your reservation is canceled 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, less
a $35.00 per room cancellation fee. Deposits for reservations canceled
with less than 21 days notice will be refunded if the room(s)
can be rebooked for the reserved period. Early departure from
the reserved period is considered a cancellation. Reservations made through internet sites and booking agents are subject to their terms but no less than those of All Seasons Inn.
